Bravo Software Solutions, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”), a Texas limited liability company, operates Mally (“the Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use the Service. By using Mally, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and name as provided through your OAuth provider (e.g., Google) or magic link sign-in.
When you connect third-party accounts, we may access and process the following data based on the permissions you grant:
We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, actions taken, timestamps, pages viewed, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, and session information.
If you purchase a subscription or credits, our payment processor may collect billing details, payment status, and related transaction information. If you contact support or use the in-app chat widget, we may collect the contents of those communications and associated contact information.
We use the information we collect to:
We use PostHog to understand how users interact with the Service, improve product quality, and troubleshoot issues. PostHog may collect product analytics events such as page views, button clicks, feature usage, page leave events, browser and device information, user identifiers, and email address when you are signed in.
We may also use session replay to record a visual reconstruction of selected sessions for debugging and product improvement. Session replay may capture text and content shown in the product interface, including chat messages, meeting transcripts, file names, file previews, and connected-service content displayed during your use of Mally. We configure session replay to mask form inputs and redact URL query strings and network request query strings, which helps protect OAuth codes, tokens, and similar URL-based secrets. You should avoid entering passwords, payment details, health information, or other highly sensitive information into Mally unless it is necessary for your requested task.
We do not use analytics or session replay to sell personal information or for third-party advertising.
We use the following third-party services to operate Mally. Each processes data as described below:
Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service uses Supabase authentication session cookies to maintain your login state. These are essential cookies required for the Service to function. We and our service providers may also use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for analytics, session replay, fraud prevention, billing, and support chat. We do not use these technologies for third-party advertising.
We retain your account data and associated content for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us at privacy@mally.pro.
